Our impact

Numbers, and how we got them.

Every figure on this page covers 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Where we do not have a number, we say so rather than estimate.

Methodology

How we count

A number without a definition is a claim. These are ours.

  1. 1
    Participants
A girl or young woman who attended at least one programme session.
  2. 2
    Re-enrolment
Confirmed by written confirmation from the receiving school, not by the participant's word alone.
  3. 3
    Start-up capital
Disbursed and acknowledged in writing by the recipient.
  4. 4
    Safe spaces
A location running a scheduled, staffed programme that participants attend without referral.

Reporting period: 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

What we do not yet measure

Anyone can publish a percentage. These are the things we cannot claim, and a funder should be able to see them without asking.

  • ✕Long-term retention beyond 12 months.
  • ✕Income change for participants funded with start-up capital.
  • ✕Whether re-enrolment holds when the follow-through funding ends.
  • ✕Cost per participant, which we cannot yet state honestly because our overhead allocation is not settled.
